An honest assessment

So your child is acting up at the store and keeps asking for stuff, and keeps whining about being hungry, and then you're in line and you realize you forgot your CC and have to write a check and then your kid decides to knock over the candy display.  Oh, and there's 3 people in line behind you in the Express lane.  Those are the moments I need the lady behind me to smile, tell me to "treasure these days" and says, "it's ok, honey".

I want so badly to be that woman.   Sadly, I am a work in progress.  This devotional was a great reminder.  I pray it encourages you as well.
